My Approach to Therapy
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, combining evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with mindfulness techniques and psychodynamic approaches. I often integrate pop culture references and everyday analogies to help you make sense of what's going on. Our therapy sessions cater to individuals, dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.
Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, my focus is on nurturing resilience, self-compassion, and empowerment.

I like to keep therapy real and approachable. That might mean using humor, pop culture references, social media trends, or even the occasional bad word to make things click. Sometimes we’ll laugh together, and other times I’ll sit with you in the heavy moments so you can process what’s really going on. Each session can look a little different, but my goal is always to meet you where you are—with a balance of support, insight, and realness.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your perspective and gently challenge you when needed. Growth doesn’t always have to feel heavy—it can also come through kindness, laughter, and empathy. My role is to be both your guide and your biggest cheerleader as you learn to be kinder to yourself.

Who I Work With
I am licensed in both Texas and Washington. I specialize in working with adults navigating:
-
PTSD, anxiety, and depression
-
Family planning and fertility challenges
-
Relationship dynamics and conflict
-
Life transitions and identity shifts

I also have a strong focus on supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, addressing both the unique challenges and the strengths that come with these experiences.
My Philosophy
I believe therapy is about more than just “fixing problems”, it’s about building resilience, self-compassion, and empowerment.
Whether you’re at a breaking point, navigating a big life change, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be the place where you finally give yourself permission to pause, reflect, and grow.

It’s okay if you don’t feel 100% ready. Sometimes starting therapy is simply about showing up and letting me get to know you—so you can begin to know yourself more fully in return.
So if you’re ready, let’s get to work.
